Sweet Pea Bassoon sends shipments Monday through Friday throughout the year with the exception of national holidays, bank holidays, and when USPS is closed.
While we endeavor to ship orders the same day or the next day, please allow up to 2 days processing time for all orders.
We ship via USPS first class. Send us a message for expedited shipping.
If you need to return an item, please send an email to susan@sweetpeabassoon.com with the reason for the return, and we will begin the return procedure. The return procedure must be initiated within 14 days of merchandise receipt. Merchandise must be in new, unused, and sellable condition for full credit or exchange. Swabs are only returnable due to manufacturing defects.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Duties and Taxes are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
We are required to charge 8% sales tax on orders shipping inside the state of New York.
Due to the nature of fabric seasonality and pattern longevity, once a fabric pattern is sold out, it may no longer be available. We try to keep things lively with a changing inventory! If we see that a particular fabric pattern is very popular, we will work to be sure a similar pattern is available. Please reach out to us if you don’t see something you would like. We just may add it to our inventory!
